The Sacred Springs Kite Exhibition is back with new artists and three new locations in San Marcos, Texas!
The Sacred Springs Kite Exhibition is a showcase of Art4Water, a program of the Watershed Association, highlighting the intersection between art, culture, expression, and conservation.
The Sacred Springs Kite Exhibition made its debut in Austin in May of 2022, featuring the work of 35+ national and local artists to raise awareness of threatened Texas springs and the vital connection of water to life.
This Spring the exhibition is moving to San Marcos!
The exhibition is a collaboration between The Watershed Association, Terry Zee Lee, and The San Marcos Arts Commission, the collection will hang in three San Marcos buildings from May-September 2023 and will include new kites created by local San Marcos artists.
