TCEQ Public Meeting
Gram Vikas Partners and principal Kelly Leach have applied for a permit to discharge 300,000/gal/day of wastewater effluent from 1,000 homes planned to be built on 195 acres into Hondo Creek just north of Hondo near CR 442. Hondo Creek is currently classified as one of the 22 Pristine Streams that were proposed for enhanced water quality protection by HB 4146 in 2021.
