Coffee & Conversation

On Friday, February 22, the Hays County Soil and Water Conservation District will host their third Coffee and Conservations event.
The event, which started in 2018, has been held at Mazama Coffee in Dripping Springs back in August 2018 and Wimberley’s Sip!OnTheSquare in December previously. February’s date will be held at Mochas and Javas in San Marcos.
The event encourages members, who have questions about backyard gardening, yards, trees, farming, ranching and wildlife to stop by and talk with officials from Texas A&M Forest Service, Texas Parks and Wildlife, the San Marcos River Foundation, City of Austin’s Wildland Conservation Division, the Meadows Center and the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service.
Attendees are invited to come and go as they like. The event is open to anyone interested in conservation and land management.
