Austin Underground Beer Release at Black Star COOP

Come taste the Austin Water version of the “Waters of Central Texas” multi-brewery cause brew with our favorite Austin Brewpub, Black Star Coop.

In collaboration with the The Texas Brewshed Alliance, they have brewed another water focused beer alongside Real Ale Brewing Company in Blanco, TX and Vista Brewing in Driftwood, TX. Each brewery used the same American lager recipe and ingredients, with water being the only changed variable.
