Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District Meeting

At this HTGCD meeting, the Board will be reviewing and voting on adopting the newly proposed Jacob’s Well Groundwater Management Zone. We encourage everyone in attendance to support this new measure to help ensure that Jacob’s Well can continue to flow year-round.
