If you are unable to attend, we welcome recommendations for other individuals from your organization or network who may be interested in participating. Please share their name and contact information, and we will be happy to extend an invitation if there is still availability. To encourage broad community representation, we ask that organizations limit participation to no more than one representative. We also encourage you to complete the Strategic Plan survey and share it with others who may be interested in providing feedback.
To make the most of our time together, please review the linked draft Strategic Plan before the session.
Project Background
Hays County is developing a Strategic Plan to provide a clear, actionable roadmap to align county resources, policies, and operations with community priorities and measurable outcomes over the next five years. The draft plan is organized around five strategic pillars: Community Wellbeing; Governance, Workforce & Organizational Capacity; Infrastructure & Sustainable Growth; Partnerships & Collaboration; and Criminal Justice Modernization. Each Pillar features specific initiatives and measurable outcomes to outline success. We want your feedback to help ensure the plan reflects the needs and priorities of our community.
Thank you for your time, and we hope to see you there!
